When will I receive my print?

We produce prints in a batch every two weeks. Shipping can take up to one week in the UK, and two to three weeks internationally. Orders should be received within 3-5 weeks depending on your location.

Claiming a Refund for Damaged Prints

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us with a photo to arrange a replacement.

The colours in the print aren’t the same as those on my screen.

We take great care to ensure our prints match the original photograph. Our printers and monitors are regularly professionally calibrated. Your phone or monitor may not be calibrated for consistent and correct colour, contrast and brightness. As a result, the colours on your computer monitor may not look the same as those in the print.

My print has curled slightly.

Our prints contain natural cellulose fibres. This means care should be taken to control the paper's ‘moisture content'. Atmospheric condition changes, such as the dry air in heated rooms, damp air in unheated storage rooms or low temperatures can result in ‘curling' over time. Avoiding extreme temperatures and humidity will preserve your print for longer. Curling can easily be undone with gentle pressure.
